Were building a business thats fit for the future and learning is central to that transformation. Thats where you come in. Were looking for a Learning Business Partner to support the MyState Group. Youll work closely with business leaders to identify learning and development needs design and deliver blended learning solutions and lead learning streams in integration and transformation projects. A Day in the Life Youll partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver learning thats practical engaging and aligned with strategic goals. Youll facilitate workshops manage LMS operations and support frontline teams with training that builds confidence and capability. Youll also play a key role in project delivery leading learning components of integration initiatives and helping teams adapt to change. From technical training to organisational project learning development youll help embed a culture of continuous learning across the organisation. This position is being advertised across Brisbane Bundaberg and Hobart. What Youll Bring Youre an experienced L&D professional with a strong background in blended learning design and facilitation. Youre confident working with stakeholders at all levels and know how to translate business needs into impactful learning experiences. Youve worked with LMS platforms delivered training in both virtual and in-person formats and led learning streams in transformation projects. You bring energy structure and a learner-first mindset to everything you do. Cert IV in Training & Assessment or similar qualifications will be highly regarded.
