We’re looking for a Learning Business Partner to support the MyState Group, the merged entity of MyState Bank, Auswide Bank, SelfCo, and TPT Wealth. The group is committed to building a future‑ready business, and learning will be at the heart of this transformation. As a Learning Business Partner you’ll work closely with business leaders to identify learning and development needs, design and deliver blended learning solutions, and lead learning streams in integration and transformation projects. A Day in the Life You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver learning that’s practical, engaging and aligned with strategic goals. You’ll facilitate workshops, manage LMS operations, and support frontline teams with training that builds confidence and capability. You’ll also play a key role in project delivery, leading learning components of integration initiatives and helping teams adapt to change. From technical training to organisational project learning development, you’ll embed a culture of continuous learning across the organisation. What You’ll Bring • Experienced L&D professional with a strong background in blended learning design and facilitation. • Ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into impactful learning experiences. • Familiarity with LMS platforms and delivery of training in both virtual and in‑person formats. • Proven experience leading learning streams in transformation projects, with energy, structure and a learner‑first mindset. • Cert IV in Training & Assessment or a similar qualification will be highly regarded.
