Company: Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd Want to kick start your career with a Tool Storeperson position at Hastings Deering. This is a great opportunity for those who like the BIG gear and want to work with CAT trained Technicians supporting our Mt Isa Service Centre. This is a hands-on position you will be responsible for the coordination, maintenance and control of specialised workshop tooling and equipment. This is a Permanent Monday to Friday position. About The Role As a Tool Storeperson your key responsibilities will include: Keep the Tool Store area clean, organised and ready for the team Ensure all tooling is safe, clean and compliant for usage Provide a prompt service and coordinate the required tooling as requested to enable the maintenance of the full range of Caterpillar equipment Keep your paperwork tidy with following processes and procedures to align to contamination control and audit measures Coordinate all calibrations and servicing ensuring all tooling is at optimum condition Maintain accurate records of tooling usage, calibration and servicing Provide a high level of support and service to your fellow internal customers and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve process and workshop outcomes Why Hastings Deering Hastings Deering Mount Isa has been part of the local employment footprint for nearly 50 years.
