Precision Tiling Australia Pty Ltd – Chullora NSW Precision Tiling is looking to hire a dedicated tiling foreman to join our family run business. We are looking for a candidate that is open to long term work and willing to grow with our business, working side by side with the director of the company. This person needs to be willing to be on the road in some cases and assist with daily site requirements such as pick ups and drop offs, site‑related objectives set‑outs, liaision with tilers and clients. This job offers a long term working relationship and will reward for hard work and dedication with lucrative pay for the right candidate. Salary is open based on experience with the potential option of offering a vehicle with the role. A full current driver's licence is required for travel and site assistance duties. Key responsibilities Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings Ability to identify and rectify defects Manage and close out ITP sign offs. Manage and understand SWMS, TDS and SDS. Basic knowledge of SWMS, TDS and SDS management is acceptable for this position. Keeping up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements and BCA/NCC regulations in Tiling and Waterproofing Working closely with other team members and liaising with clients and suppliers Ensure timely completion of projects Key Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in Tiling and Waterproofing Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from the director of the business as this role offers many roads to expand and grow. Ability to manage numerous projects autonomously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
