The Opportunity You’ll manage finishing works, drive unit close-outs, coordinate trades, and support the site leadership team to deliver a well-presented project. There’s strong pipeline behind this role, and a clear development path for the right person. What You’ll Be Responsible For Overseeing internal finishing — carpentry, doors, windows, partitions, tiling, joinery, paint, fixtures Managing external finishing — balconies, façade details, balustrades, waterproofing interfaces Running defects, rectification, and apartment/common‑area handover Sequencing trades and maintaining daily momentum across floors Supporting the Site Manager/Project Manager with coordination and problem‑solving Keeping safety, presentation and site discipline at a high standard Who This Will Suit Someone who takes pride in finishes and wants to “own” a zone Hard‑working operator who can run their area with autonomy Strong eye for detail and a steady approach under pressure Keen to step up from residential/low‑rise into larger projects Values teamwork, clear communication and accountability What You’ll Bring Experience in finishing across residential or commercial projects Confidence managing sequencing and communicating with trades Ability to spot issues early and close them out fastReliability, initiative and a high personal standard A desire to grow into larger roles as the pipeline continues #J-18808-Ljbffr
