Base pay range A$160,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr Senior Recruitment Consultant at Core Talent We are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman for a large High Rise Residential Project in SouthSydney, with a start date in early 2026. As a Finishes Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in the final stages of our project. You will manage and coordinate the finishing trades, including joinery, and other finishing works, ensuring they are completed to specifications, on schedule, and within budget. Working closely with site and project management teams your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining the project's reputation for excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and tradespeople involved in finishing works. Monitor work progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines. Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets project standards and regulatory requirements. Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the finishing stages. Maintain a safe and productive work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate closely with project management to report progress and address any issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman or similar role in high-rise residential construction projects over $50 million. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies related to finishing works. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
