Our menu showcases a curate selection of traditional dishes inspired by diverse culinary regions of India. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Full‑time Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where you'll have the creative space to craft a wide range of authentic and flavorful Indian dishes. Qualifications Experience Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent). 1 year of experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen. Solid understanding of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment. Strong knowledge of food preparation, quality control, and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes with precision, ensuring exceptional taste, presentation, and consistency. Execute orders efficiently, maintaining optimal timing and freshness. Uphold high standards of flavor, texture, and visual appeal in every dish served. Collaborate on menu development, incorporating seasonal produce and customer preferences while preserving authenticity. Ensure full compliance with local food safety and hygiene regulations. Manage stock levels, ordering ingredients and supplies as needed while minimizing waste. Mentor and support junior kitchen staff, encouraging growth and development within the team. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment with proper tool and equipment handling.
