Epiphany Training + Consulting – Woolloomooloo NSW Job Purpose The HR Business Partner role is a part-time position, working 3-4 days per week. The role will work with a small team to provide a range of HR services to external clients. Key Responsibilities Deliver proactive operational and strategic support, recommendations, and solutions for clients on people-related issues both internally and externally. Coordinate the design and end-to-end delivery of HR projects. High level strategic planning – Creation of a people plan to support internal and client growth objectives. Identify revenue opportunities within our established client base and manage consistent growth by securing new accounts. Be involved in all aspects of the employee life cycle, including but not limited to performance management, talent management, organisational change efforts, employee and industrial relations concerns, grievances, restructuring, salary reviews, and recruitment. Analyse business problems and facilitate solution development with clients, on all human resource and organisational matters. Manage relationships with HR clients. Qualifications and Competencies 5+ years’ experience in a HR Management or similar role. Previous HR consulting experience is essential. Tertiary qualifications in HR, or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating HR initiative and projects. Strong knowledge of Australian labour laws. Experience with HRIS.
