With an established customer base and strong potential to connect with new customers, you'll manage a territory spanning from South Melbourne to Mornington, Phillip Island to Lakes Entrance and all in between. Along with a competitive salary you will receive a car allowance and have the ability to earn quarterly bonuses (eligible immediately). What you’ll do Own and grow your territory with confidence and independence Build strong relationships with existing clients and connect with new ones. Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Meet and exceed sales goals with enthusiasm and integrity. Drive market share growth. Grow distribution and improve in-store visibility. Provide industry and product knowledge to retailers within your territory with a focus on category sustainability & profitability. Execute trade promotions in line with State and National targets/priorities. What you’ll bring Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to opportunity. A natural ability to connect with people and build trust. Strong understanding in buying cycles and ability to close a deal confidently. Proven sales experience and a drive to succeed (we'd love you to have 1-2 years experience in FMCG/OTC). Passion for natural health and wellness. Willingness to travel and manage your schedule independently.
