On-the-Road Sales Representative – VIC

The Role As one of our VIC Sales Representatives, you’ll be the face of Zafino to our stockists. This is an on-the-road role , visiting existing customers and opening new doors across your territory. You will: Nurture and grow existing wholesale accounts – keeping them excited, engaged and well-supported Prospect and onboard new stockists – from boutiques to larger retailers Present new collections and launches in a polished, on-brand way Plan smart territory runs to cover metro and regional VIC efficiently Attend trade fairs and key events as required Keep your sales kit and samples looking beautiful and up to date Use our systems (CIN7, Pipedrive, NuORDER) to keep notes, call cycles and opportunities accurate and current. Share insights with the team – what customers are loving, what you’re hearing in the market, where the opportunities are. You’ll work closely with the CEO and our Customer Service team , with regular catch-ups and support. We’re structured, but not corporate - if you have ideas, we genuinely want to hear them. About You You’ll thrive in this role if you: Love being on the road , meeting people and building real relationships Have experience in wholesale sales, fashion, jewellery or giftware (or very similar) Are self‑motivated and can manage your own schedule and territory Are confident presenting ranges, suggesting buys and talking numbers Are organised and detail‑focused – you follow up, you log things, you don’t drop balls Are comfortable using CRM / ordering platforms (or keen to learn quickly) Bring a positive, team‑first attitude – you’re solution‑focused, not drama‑focused Why You’ll Love Working with Us A supportive, family‑run environment where you’re known and valued Flat structure – you work directly with decision‑makers, not layers of middle management A beautiful, on‑trend product you’ll be proud to show to customers Genuine input into ranges, merchandising and how we show up in store Clear expectations, documented processes and a team that has your back You’ll be given a car, iPad, laptop, phone allowance and all expenses paid.
