Technology Recruitment Consultant We are looking for a self-driven agency recruiter or sales professional with experience in the tech industry who wants more ownership, autonomy, and the chance to build something of their own. \We’re currently building out a Recruitment Desk covering key verticals such as Software, Cloud, Data, AI and Security and we’re looking for someone ambitious, commercially aware and hungry to join and make an impact. Salary: Discussed on call What You’ll Be Doing Full 360 recruitment lifecycle: client intake, sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, managing processes and closing offers Drive new business—largely cold outreach, supported by existing warm relationships across Australia Build and grow your own market within Software, Cloud, Data, AI or Security Establish long‑term client partnerships and repeat business Work closely with the founder to shape processes, strategy, and future hiring Represent the brand in a consultative, credible and high‑energy way What We’re Looking For 1–5 years in agency recruitment or sales/business development (tech sector preferred but not essential) Comfortable with business development—cold outreach and building pipelines Proactive, resourceful, and self‑driven in a start‑up environment Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders and be involved in full recruitment processes Commercially minded, target‑focused, and excited by commission earning A builder mentality: eager to grow a desk, a reputation, and eventually a team What’s in It for You Join at a pivotal growth moment and help build a desk High autonomy, flexibility and trust Generous commission structure and genuine earning potential Close mentorship, collaboration and the opportunity to become a future leader A chance to create something meaningful with none of the bureaucracy of large agencies Opportunity to work with and learn from experienced tech recruiters Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Information Technology Staffing and Recruiting Location Brisbane, Queensland, Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
