This role offers full ownership of the financial and operational management of designated funds, acting as the primary point of contact for all fund-related matters while enjoying the autonomy to shape processes and execution strategies. You will have the entrepreneurial freedom to design and implement initiatives that drive sustainable growth. This position also provides a clear development pathway into senior leadership within the Finance and Fund Operations team. You’ll join a high-performing team of creative and entrepreneurial professionals who take pride in delivering meaningful, lasting impact. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end financial reporting for assigned funds. Oversee administrators and ensure compliance with reporting standards. Manage NAVs, financial statements, Xero ledgers, and audit processes. Prepare board and investor reporting that drives decision‑making. Manage quarterly distributions, monthly drawdowns, and lender reporting. Support investment teams with financial modelling inputs and risk analysis. Coordinate BAS, tax submissions, and investor statements. Manage ongoing tax and regulatory obligations across the fund suite. Prepare payment runs, fund distributions, and invoice approvals. Assist with transactions, technical accounting, ESG projects, and risk initiatives. Support AML/KYC processes and coordinate with Property Managers.
