Yes, Nido will offer bonuses for quality, career progression if you desire, training, and all the other benefits that other ads might have up in lights, but importantly, we’ll offer a seat at the table to effect change and an environment where you matter, and your opinion matters every day. Curriculum Leader: Enhanced Educational Leader coaching across all classrooms, with at least 2 days out of the classroom to observe, mentor and influence quality practices.
