THE ROLE As the Manager, Registrations, you will lead and support a team that is responsible for legislative requirements and issues relating to the registration of organisations registered and regulated under the Social Services Act 2021. You will also have responsibility for providing advice and guidance externally and internally. Building positive stakeholder relationships is a key activity with the aim of strengthening regulation and improving outcomes for Victorians accessing in scope services. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Lead and support a team of registration officers responsible for legislative requirements and issues relating to the registration of organisations registered and regulated under the Social Services Act 2021. Provide expertise, advice, reasoned recommendations on complex registration related matters. Monitor and report on high priority issues, risks and trends relating to the registration of regulated entities, preparing and presenting comprehensive reports, briefings, and submissions on complex project and operational issues. Collect, collate and analyse data to support regulation of providers, as well as service quality and accountability monitoring, and contribute to improvement initiatives.
