Why you’ll enjoy this role As the Coordinator of Digital Marketing & Communications, you’ll create content that inspires students to explore the world while supporting CISaustralia’s digital presence and growth. You will coordinate social media, e-newsletters, video content, website updates, and print materials, contributing to student recruitment and engagement initiatives. Working with a small, passionate team, you’ll have opportunities to develop skills across digital strategy, content creation, analytics, and multi-channel marketing, while upholding the CISaustralia brand and maintaining high standards across all platforms. You’ll also support the student ambassador program, customised programs, and administrative tasks such as database updates, Mailchimp communications, and marketing reports and surveys. What we’re looking for Demonstrated experience in digital storytelling and content creation across multiple channels. Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communications and Marketing (or similar) Strong technical skills including WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and video editing tools. Well-developed social media skills, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a busy environment. Professional communication and presentation skills, with a commitment to high-quality customer service in a cross-cultural context. Salary A$70,000 - A$75,000 pa, (pending qualifications and experience) + 12% super 4 weeks paid annual leave (full time equivalent + the days between Christmas and New year as paid leave) Centrally located Gold Coast office Flexible work hours.
