Within the Banks Brand Marketing and Communications (BMC) division our Group Marketing team drive business growth through best-in-class marketing strategies with a customer centred approach. The Group Marketing team operates in an agile manner with a dedicated focus on specific portfolios aligned to the Group Strategy and business objectives. We currently have two secondment opportunities for Marketing Managers to join the BMC team one for 9-months and one for 12-months. These roles could be full time or part time 4 days per week. Reporting into a Senior Marketing Manager you’ll work collaboratively with the team to develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing strategies across portfolios in Products and Lending; including Consumer banking Broker and Wealth products. As our BMC teams transition into a new way of working any experience working in an Agile environment will be highly regarded. You’ll bring your end-to-end experience across all channels to deliver targeted campaigns for specific market customer and client audiences. You’ll have demonstrated experience in post campaign analytics being able to report on the ROI and success of campaigns and confidently present this information to stakeholders. Ideally you will have worked in banking financial services or insurance previously or you could have services or eCommerce product marketing background. This role will be involved in some large impactful projects where you’ll have ownership to partner with stakeholders on customer value propositions for exciting products that will make banking faster and easier for our customers. You’ll be part of an engaged creative supportive team of marketing experts that are incredibly passionate about what they do. These roles can be based in either Melbourne Adelaide or Bendigo. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office. What you’ll bring to the role A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing preferred Previous experience as a Marketing Manager in a similar position ideally from Banking Financial Services or Insurance Demonstrated capabilities in developing B2B and B2C marketing strategies plans and campaigns Proven experience in metric-driven marketing with an eye for creativity Strong commercial acumen able to understand core business and marketing metrics Demonstrated capabilities in stakeholder management and relationship building skills Location and hybrid model These roles can be based in either Melbourne Adelaide or Bendigo.
