Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a skilled team of emergency nursing professionals. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes. Manage rosters, resources, and staffing needs effectively. Drive quality improvement and evidence-based clinical practice. Support and develop staff through coaching and career progression. What We’re Looking For Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Extensive experience in emergency or acute care nursing. Proven leadership and management skills within a clinical setting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making abilities. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
