Mid to SA level Property Lawyer sought for leading property investment company - 12 month contract Leading property investment company Be an integral member of a thriving, high performance team Broad range of high quality leasing, property and asset management work Our client, a leading property investment company, now seeks a talented mid to SA level property lawyer to join the team on a 12 month contract. Working with a well-regarded, collaborative legal team, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with various legal aspects relating to the company's asset portfolio (in particular leasing and asset management matters, capital transactions, works projects and funds management across a number of jurisdictions) and supporting the legal team in relation to a broader portfolio of work. You will regularly liaise with other members of the team, internal stakeholders and coordinate external legal advisers as required. The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced property lawyer with 5 to 7 years' quality post qualification experience, including experience in office, retail and industrial leasing.
