Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | Tech & Digital | Talent Strategy, Market Insights & Stakeholder Partnership 1-year contract to Nov 2026 Sydney-based with flexible WFH days $550–$700 p/d incl. Super (depending on experience) Are you ready to take ownership of the digital experience for a fast‑growing, high‑energy mobile brand that loves challenging the status quo? Our client is looking for a proactive and commercially‑minded Digital Producer to lead the evolution of their web and mobile app platforms. This role isn’t about maintaining the status quo — you’ll shape the roadmap, deliver seamless digital journeys, and directly influence e‑commerce growth. The Role Join a collaborative, fast‑moving team where you’ll have real autonomy and visibility. You’ll be the central connector across digital, marketing, and tech, driving both acquisition and customer experience. Responsibilities Own E‑commerce & App Delivery: Manage the project roadmap for the consumer website and mobile app, ensuring smooth execution from concept to release. Lead CRO Efforts: Build and run the CRO strategy, including A/B testing, usability enhancements, and eliminating user friction to boost sales and conversion. Drive SEO Performance: Conduct technical SEO audits, develop keyword‑led content strategies, and manage work with external SEO partners. Deliver Content with Precision: Transform polished Figma designs into production‑ready assets and manage content updates via the CMS (AEM experience is essential). Deliver Results: Help accelerate e‑commerce performance, improve conversion rates, and enhance the end‑to‑end customer journey. About You You’ll thrive here if you’re a problem‑solver with a blend of creative, technical, and commercial thinking. You bring: Proven experience delivering high‑quality website and mobile app production. Hands‑on experience developing and executing SEO and CRO strategies. Strong technical fluency, especially with CMS platforms (AEM required), plus a solid understanding of servers, integrations, and backend workflows. Confidence working with analytics/experience tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ContentSquare, Hotjar) to turn insights into actions.
