This includes a wide range of services that extends to fulfilment of service desk requests, task administration, system upgrade and creation of system and documentation. Responsibilities Resolve level 1–2 support requests Perform daily, weekly and monthly administration tasks Daily monitoring reviews to ensure system reliability Configure and upgrade systems Manage task communication and ensure they meet service level agreements Create and maintain supporting documentation in Confluence wiki Essential Intermediate technical and analytical skills with ability to maintain, troubleshoot and support application services Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL, SQL scripting and query writing Understanding of software delivery life cycle and Agile Scrum methodology Understanding of .NET development language, HTML / CSS / JavaScript and ability to read, understand and debug code Understanding of networking principles Desirable Knowledge of asset financing / fleet leasing products Knowledge of Atlassian toolsets (Jira and Confluence) What's Next We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to take on your next challenge at a company that embodies diversity and belonging while also offering work-life balance and career development.
