Reports to: Delivery Lead / Scrum Master Production Support. Opportunity snapshot: The successful candidate will perform a client-facing Senior Business Analyst role in the Production Support team, working alongside client business analysts, the Technical Lead, and solution architects to perform and oversee analysis and design techniques to solve complex business issues. Responsibilities Substantial recent experience in complex business system analysis and issue resolution. Provide support to business stakeholders to manage and resolve system defects. Identify and resolve production issues in conjunction with developers, testers and business stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure defect fixes meet business requirements, superannuation legislation, APRA/ATO guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Perform data analysis on member accounts, transactions, fees, and compliance reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in superannuation systems. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test scenarios, validating test cases, and ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance to junior Business Analysts. Define user stories, support configuration, and provide subject matter expertise on superannuation platforms during system enhancements and implementations. Apply solution analysis techniques including User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN 2.0, UML Modeling Diagrams, User Interface Design, Domain Modeling, Logical data modeling and Business Rules modeling. Understand IT systems, databases and infrastructure including complex system architectures involving integration of multiple systems (including third parties). Utilize Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Access) and working knowledge of requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence). Qualifications and Domain Knowledge Domain knowledge in Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plans Funds management; Annuity and Pension Products; Personal wealth investments such as Unit Trust and Managed Funds; Platform/Wrap Account Products enabling multi-manager asset holding and direct trading.
