Red Exhibitions & Displays is a family-owned and run full-service production house bringing brands to life through experiential design, 3D visual merchandising and large-scale activations. We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Director across daily office operations and project delivery for a wide range of lifestyle brands and major sporting organisations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is happy to roll up their sleeves, pick up the phone and genuinely enjoys seeing ideas turn into real, physical experiences. This role is based in our North Melbourne factory, which is the heart of our operations. Our team has an average tenure of 9 years and we all support each other to deliver for our customers. WHAT YOU’LL DO Project Management & Support Assist in delivering projects from brief through to installation Source a wide variety of elements and materials – often thinking outside the box and being prepared to hustle to get things done Prepare project briefs, timelines and documentation across multiple sectors Support the Director in managing workflow, priorities and client requirements Office & Operational Support Keep the office running smoothly, including general coordination and ad-hoc tasks Liaise with suppliers, fabricators, logistics and external partners Jump into whatever is needed, big or small to keep projects moving Stakeholder Management Communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders, from skilled tradesmen, senior clients and everything in between Build positive relationships with on-site teams and internal production staff with varied personalities WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Strong foresight and initiative.
