As a Sales Associate with Aveo, you’ll play a key role in helping seniors find their next home – making a difference in their lives and being rewarded for your impact. You’ll work across two large Aveo retirement communities, building relationships with prospective residents, developing your skills, and growing your career with a trusted industry leader. Your Impact: Working cohesively with the Sales Manager to support the sales process from enquiry to settlement, including administration, forms, and welcome kits. Creating a warm, professional and inviting experience for prospective residents by assisting with tours, calls, and community engagement events Keeping display villas & units, signage, and the sales office presentation-ready at all times Managing CRM updates, marketing updates, listings, brochures and sales files to ensure accurate and timely information Assisting with events and Open Home activities to support lead generation and build local engagement Liaising with exiting residents, vendors and stakeholders to keep communication clear, consistent, and professional Ensuring every step of the move-in experience is smooth, supportive, and stress-free for our residents Why Aveo?
