We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate to work alongside award-winning Lead Agent, Mareena Weston, in Perth's Western Suburbs. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in real estate sales who is ready to step into a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and learn from one of WA's top agents. Key Responsibilities Support the Lead Agent in day‑to‑day sales activities and client management Work the existing database – contacting leads, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities Assist with property campaigns, including buyer follow‑ups, inspections, and feedback management Prepare and conduct home opens, providing high‑level service to prospective buyers Ensure all client communication is timely, professional, and reflects the team's high standards Collaborate with the Lead Agent to deliver a seamless client experience from listing to settlement Attend final inspections, building / pest appointments, and assist with pre‑market preparation About You Preferred but not essential for the right candidate 2 years' experience in residential sales or a related real estate role Current Australian Driver's Licence and own vehicle Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals Confident with client follow‑up, lead nurturing, and database management A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, success‑driven environment Keen to learn, grow, and progress within an industry‑leading agency Benefits & Culture Work directly with an award‑winning Lead Agent with a proven record of success Access to a large, established lead‑generating database Ongoing mentorship, structured training, and direct coaching from Australia's top real estate trainers Supportive, high‑performance team culture with clear pathways for career progression Competitive remuneration package based on experience and results #J-18808-Ljbffr
