As a Corporate Partnerships Specialist, you’ll help grow and nurture partnerships that directly support people experiencing disadvantage across NSW. You’ll be at the centre of a fast paced fundraising team, working with inspiring corporate partners, internal teams and community stakeholders to bring meaningful partnerships to life. Your Responsibility Build, manage and grow corporate partnerships that deliver mutual value and measurable impact Create tailored partnership plans, proposals and presentations for state and national partners Research and develop a strong pipeline of corporate prospects across diverse industries Support partnership coordination from pitch to delivery - including reporting, impactful storytelling and renewals Deliver engaging corporate volunteering experiences, site visits, tours and presentations Collaborate across fundraising, communications, retail, services and commercial teams to bring partnerships to life Track outcomes, manage agreements and maintain accurate records in CRM and partnership systems Support high profile initiatives including Vinnies CEO Sleepout corporate partnerships You Will Need Experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, fundraising or business development Strong communication and presentation skills - written, verbal and in front of a room of diverse stakeholders A head for numbers and the ability to track performance and outcomes Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities Strong administration skills and the ability to build and understand reports and present findings Confidence using CRMs, databases and tools like Microsoft Office and Canva A passion for purpose driven work that creates genuine community impact NSW driver license and the ability to travel as required Experience in a membership based or volunteer led organisation Understanding of fundraising within the NFP sector Apply Now If this sounds like you, don’t wait-apply now, we are interviewing applications as we receive them.
