Australian-owned and operated, Bonney Energy operates across Tasmania and Victoria and is a premier distributor of Ampol's trusted fuel and lubricant products. The company's head office is located in Quoiba, near Devonport, on the North‑West Coast of Tasmania, with another Tasmanian branch office in Launceston. We are also situated in Regional Victoria, with offices located in Newport, Melbourne and Corio, as well as seven other depots located across the state. We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our expanding team based in our head office in Quoiba. The Customer Service Officer is the heart of Bonney Energy. You will operate as a member of a high-performing and dynamic team, striving to deliver professional, efficient and timely customer interactions, all contributing to the Bonney Energy aim of being a high-performing organisation. This role helps provide vital services by collaborating on projects and applying your passion and operational service delivery skills to various tasks and projects within the customer service function. Key Responsibilities, but not limited to. Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answering and directing phone calls Handling customer enquiries Managing fuel cards Supporting card customers with their queries in person and over the phone Attending to Lubes sales Processing and reconciling fuel card transactions Processing customer payments Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence Data entry and record keeping Other duties as required What We're Looking For High attention to detail and accuracy Customer Service Orientation Technical aptitude and systems knowledge Strong communication and collaboration skills Compliance and risk awareness Ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines Self‑motivated with strong time management and goal‑setting skills Demonstrates integrity, ethical standards, and support for company values What's in it for me?
