We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise day-to-day activities at our Jandakot office. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth operational performance across warehousing, service, logistics, and administrative functions, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven professional with proven success in leading teams, improving processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations across warehousing, logistics, service, and office support. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Oversee inventory management, supply chain efficiency, and timely order fulfilment. Drive process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with sales and service teams to align operational priorities with business objectives. Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reporting. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance. Mentor and develop operational staff to enhance engagement and capability. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in operations management, ideally within industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Excellent understanding of logistics, warehousing, and service operations. Strong problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills. Sound financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
