In this role, you’ll: Lead the hospital from the ground up, making key operational and staffing decisions Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing nursing team Shape policies, procedures, and the culture of a modern, cutting-edge facility Drive excellence in clinical care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Perioperative Nursing Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent) 4+ years perioperative nursing experience Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills 5+ years in a senior leadership role (DON or similar) Why This Role?
