Enterprise Account Executive - Melbourne Why We Have This Role Qualtrics seeks a proactive, collaborative Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth in Melbourne. You will partner with top accounts to help leading companies improve customer and employee experiences through our 360° XM platform. You’ll work with senior client leaders and internal teams to win net new business and expand existing relationships, contributing to Qualtrics’ revenue growth and market presence. How You’ll Find Success What you’ll do to be successful in this role: Proven ability to sell SaaS solutions to market research, marketing, and HR departments within large enterprise companies Acquire new clients, negotiate, and close deals with executives of large organizations Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and decision‑makers Maintain a highly competitive, disciplined approach to prospecting and closing Proficient in Salesforce.com and sales process management Experience in MarTech or HR Tech environments preferred How You’ll Grow Develop as a strategic partner by building senior‑level relationships and shaping Qualtrics' success in a growing market Gain expertise in a versatile, analytics‑driven SaaS platform across industries and departments Expand negotiation and sales strategy skills through complex enterprise deals Influence the future of work by transforming customer and employee experience globally Things You’ll Do Drive new enterprise customer acquisition and expansion by selling the Qualtrics XM platform to marketing, research, and HR executives Help prospects understand how Qualtrics solutions meet their business needs Manage and nurture relationships with client senior leaders, becoming a trusted advisor Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a targeted territory Collaborate with marketing on demand generation campaigns and follow up on leads Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape to tailor proposals and pricing Meet or exceed sales quotas and participate in sales planning and pipeline reviews What We’re Looking For On Your Resume Bachelor’s degree or higher 7+ years’ experience selling SaaS into enterprise accounts, ideally within large organisations Track record of new business development, cold calling, and managing full sales cycles Experience using Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM tools SaaS subscription sales experience mandatory Background in MarTech or HR Tech is highly desirable What You Should Know About This Team Global sales team focused on strategic, relationship‑driven selling with ambitious quotas Diverse opportunities to work across industries and departments Supportive environment where top performers thrive and collaborate Benefits Salary + uncapped commissions and accelerators Performance‑based promotions Private health insurance with comprehensive coverage Annual experience bonus to fund personal experiences Experience leave to take up to 5 additional days per year Quarterly wellness stipend to support physical and mental wellbeing Equal Opportunity Qualtrics is an equal opportunity employer.
