Physiotherapist (Grade 3), Intensive Care Unit Barwon Health is seeking a Physiotherapist (Grade 3) for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This permanent full‑time role offers a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment and provides opportunities for professional development and leadership. Employment Details Employment type: Permanent Full Time Hours per fortnight: 80 Job category: Other Professionals – Physiotherapy Req ID: 6487 About The Role You will provide evidence‑based, patient‑centred physiotherapy care to ICU patients, support clinical staff and meet weekend shifts as part of a 7‑day roster. Responsibilities Deliver best‑practice physiotherapy services across the ICU. Supervise and mentor Grade 2 and Grade 1 Physiotherapists, Physiotherapy Assistants, and Undergraduate Students. Provide leadership, teaching and supervision to junior staff. Assist with ward demand during peak times. Deliver patient education and discharge planning. Qualifications & Experience Registered Physiotherapist with appropriate registration in Australia. Clinical experience in intensive care or high‑acuity settings preferred.
