On-ground Sales Executive-Cairo

Tagaddod is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven On-ground Sales Executive to join our team in Cairo. As an On-ground Sales Executive, you will be a crucial part of our efforts to promote and expand our innovative waste management solutions. This role involves engaging directly with local businesses and communities to showcase the benefits of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to foster relationships, educate potential clients about our offerings, and ensure that Tagaddod's mission of building sustainable impact is communicated effectively. If you are passionate about environmental sustainability and have a knack for sales, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities Identify potential clients and generate leads through proactive local engagement. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Tagaddod's waste management solutions to businesses and community representatives. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in your assigned territory. Collaborate closely with other team members to strategize and implement effective sales tactics. Gather insights and feedback from clients to inform product enhancements and service improvements. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports on market activities and sales performance. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the renewables or environmental sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales goals. Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM systems. Passion for sustainability and an understanding of environmental issues related to waste management. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cairo as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proven experience as a Wholesale Representative or similar sales role. Strong understanding of the sales process and customer needs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
