Commercial Collections Officer ***ASSET FINANCE*** Sydney, NSW A$85,000 p/a Call Centre & Customer Service → Collections Hybrid Posted 2 days ago Key Responsibilities: Manage outbound or inbound calls efficiently and effectively - high-volume Secure payment arrangements and negotiate with customers Send appropriate Emails and SMS to customers Build and establish relationships with customers and brokers Bring priority matters to the attention of the Team Leader for action or advice as appropriate Necessary Experience: Proven success (1‑3 years recent background) within commercial collections Effective telephone technique and sound communication skills Good organisational skills and ability to set own deadlines Ability to stay focused in an unsupervised environment Previous experience in or understanding of commercial asset finance products Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills This is an exceptional role that has occurred due to growth and will continue to offer career scope well into the future.
