Employee Experience Lead Position: Employee Experience Lead Job Type: Permanent - Full time Reports To: Manager - People & Culture About the Role Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, and managing a small team, the Employee Experience Lead oversees core HR operations and payroll functions and manages the coordination and compliance of Holstep Health’s volunteer and student programs. This role ensures our people, volunteer, and student processes are efficient, compliant, and deliver a high-quality experience. It also plays a key part in organisational transformation, supporting seamless integration and positive cultural outcomes across Holstep Health. Key Responsibilities Lead HR operations, including onboarding, contracts, payroll, and employee records. Manage end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely processing. Deliver accurate HR reporting, data analytics, and compliance submissions. Oversee compliance for workforce screening, volunteers, and student placements. Manage HRIS functionality, payroll accuracy, and legislative compliance. Provide guidance to leaders on HR policies and processes. Drive continuous improvement and support organisational integration initiatives. About You You’re an experienced payroll operations professional with a strong compliance and reporting focus and a passion for creating efficient systems and positive employee experiences. You’ll Bring Proven experience in payroll and HR Operations leadership. Experience managing HR and payroll reporting. Sound knowledge of HRIS systems and employment legislation. Experience operating in a complex industrial environment with two or more industrial instruments. Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
