Key Responsibilities Working closely with all applicable engineering and aftersales stakeholders to execute the tasks and projects across multiple vehicle programs. Developing and validating technical content that supports the aftersales deliverables, either for a service workshop technician or the customer. Helping the team execute projects that ensure customers are supported after the purchase of the vehicle. What You'll Bring Automotive industry experience, either within engineering, technical development or aftersales backgrounds A minimum of 5 years of automotive industry experience is preferred Good understanding of vehicle systems and components Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexibility in work hours to support international clients A bachelor's degree or relevant technical industry qualification in Automotive or a related discipline is preferred A valid passport is required to enable international travel to support our clients Availability for occasional international travel to support client requirements Why Apply Hybrid work model (with 2-3 days onsite at our Port Melbourne office) Collaborative and inclusive work environment Formal mentoring and training as well as on the job learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
