Administrator Officer Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Role description / criteria: The successful applicant will be available to work on Thursday and Friday and demonstrate: A genuine commitment to the mission and values of Catholic Education. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Extensive experience in administration and office support. Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in financial programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and online applications. Excellent organisational and time management skills. The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively. A warm, professional, and approachable manner. The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking responsibility for individual tasks. A qualification in Administration, Business, or a related field (advantageous but not essential). Previous experience in an educational setting (desirable but not essential). Current First Aid certification or a willingness to complete First Aid training. How to apply: A role description is attached below.
