Opportunity As a Junior Site Manager, you will work directly under an experienced Senior Site Manager who has been with the company for over 10 years. This role gives you hands‑on exposure to commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects and is the ideal step for someone with a trade or cadet background who is eager to accelerate their career and build towards running their own sites. Key Responsibilities Support the Senior Site Manager in coordinating subcontractors and trades on site. Assist with daily site supervision, inductions, toolbox talks, and WHS compliance. Help with planning and programming, including organising deliveries and sequencing works. Maintain site diaries, progress reports, and quality assurance checks. Shadow the Senior Site Manager and gradually take responsibility for smaller packages of work. Contribute to handover, defects management, and site documentation. About You Trade qualification (carpentry/joinery preferred) or degree/diploma in construction. Previous site experience in commercial fit‑out, refurbishment, or interiors. Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with subcontractors. A positive, eager‑to‑learn attitude and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves.” Commitment to WHS and delivering quality outcomes.
