CTQ is committed to maintaining honesty, integrity, and an unwavering focus on excellence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Site Manager based in Central Coast, NSW. The Junior Site Manager will assist with the day-to-day operations of construction sites, including supervising on-site activities, ensuring workplace health and safety compliance, and managing resources and timelines. Responsibilities will also include supporting senior site management, coordinating with contractors and clients, overseeing deliveries, and ensuring project objectives are met on schedule and within budget. Qualifications Knowledge of construction, project management, and site supervision Strong organisational and time management skills Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams, contractors, and clients An eye for detail and a focus on quality assurance Proficiency in project management software and tools is advantageous Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or a related field are highly regarded A commitment to professionalism, problem-solving, and delivering successful outcomes A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry White Card Driver’s License and reliable Transport Ability to work independently and take initiative Professional, dependable, and client-focused Willing to learn and grow within the company Police and Working with Children check Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
