We’re now looking for a motivated Buyer Specialist to support one of our top Sales Agents and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to buyers and vendors. Why Join MICM? This is a hands‑on role where no two days look the same. Your Responsibilities Respond to buyer enquiries and manage buyer activity Organise and attend OFIs, private inspections, and final inspections Assist with negotiations and communication between buyers and vendors Coordinate photography, staging, marketing materials, and property presentation Liaise with trades, suppliers, solicitors, and valuers Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation Support the end‑to‑end listing and marketing process Ensure smooth communication and updates for vendors throughout the campaign What You’ll Bring Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Confidence dealing with buyers, vendors, and external stakeholders A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset Knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (required) Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle What’s in It for You Work with one of Melbourne’s most established and trusted real estate brands Learn directly from experienced, high‑performing agents Build your skills across sales, negotiation, marketing, and client management Be part of a company that values professionalism, ethics, and growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
