Studio Assistant Manager – @pilates 24/7 Campbelltown Part‑Time | 15–20 hours per week | Early Morning Shifts We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, initiative and a genuine love for movement. As a key member of our fast‑growing studio team, you’ll play an essential role in delivering exceptional service, supporting our members’ journeys and contributing to the smooth, energised running of the studio. Hours: 15–20 hours per week Schedule: 3–5 mornings per week with a 5:45am start occasional evening and weekend shifts Location: Campbelltown, SA Employment Type: Part‑Time Key Responsibilities Greet and assist members and visitors during shifts Conduct studio tours and manage membership enquiries Convert leads, trials, and walk‑ins into active members Support marketing activities, including social media tasks, promotions, and events Maintain a clean, organised, and professional studio environment Provide high‑quality customer service and uphold studio standards Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain) Qualifications Sales and marketing background or experience in a member‑based, retail or service environment, with confidence speaking about memberships and converting enquiries. Confident creating and appearing in social media content (Reels, stories, lives) and comfortable talking on camera. Warm, professional and member‑focused, with genuine interest in helping people move and feel better. Reliable and punctual, able to commit to a regular weekly timetable and support studio growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Cert III or IV in Fitness and/or Pilates qualification (reformer training highly regarded).
