The ideal candidate will be trade qualified or have equivalent experience, with a high attention to detail. What We Offer Jarlam is one of Victoria's premier engineering companies who work in partnershipwith clients fromthe Food, Pharmaceutical, Beverage and Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industries (FMCG). We specialisein Stainless Steel fabrication, from the design stage through to manufacturing, install and commissioning. You will be working alongside highly skilled, driven and enthusiastic tradesmen like yourself, in a close knit team that focuses on getting the job done and supporting each other to get the best results. As a tradesman you will also have the opportunityto grow and experiencea varied and interesting work environment which would involve working across various customer sites as well as in our workshop facility located in Bayswater. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm, with RDO's andovertime throughout the week including weekend work when required. The Ideal Candidate Have 3 years plus experience in stainless steel welding / fabrication. Be able to read drawings & follow instructions Possess good attention to detail Be able to work in a team environment Be punctual, reliable and have a good work ethic Have their own transport to/from work White Card (advantage) Only individuals with the required experience in stainless steel welding / fabrication will be considered.
