As an ERP Architect S/4HANA, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions, with a particular focus on finance and cross‑module integration. You will leverage your deep expertise to architect high-level SAP solutions that address complex business requirements, particularly within finance, logistics, asset management, and HCM. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, define technical and functional strategies, and ensure the successful implementation of large‑scale SAP projects. Experience in asset‑intensive industries or utilities is highly regarded. 10+ years’ experience in SAP solution architecture, with a strong finance background and hands‑on SAP FI/CO consulting experience. Key Qualifications Proven track record in leading high-level solution design for large-scale SAP implementations, including S/4HANA. Expertise in cross‑module integration and a working understanding of SAP SCM, EAM, and EPPM. Experience in asset‑intensive industries or utilities is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions. Experience in developing systems requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing business solutions under tight deadlines. Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Strong customer handling skills and the ability to lead and mentor teams. Key Responsibilities Growth & Strategy Define and execute a robust SAP S/4HANA solution strategy, aligning with business growth objectives and leveraging Wipro’s capabilities. Lead the design and conversion of business requirements into high-level SAP solutions across finance and related domains. Support consulting and license presales opportunities, including requirements gathering, scoping, and estimation. Solution Architecture Architect and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions, with hands‑on expertise in SAP FI/CO and cross‑module integration. Provide guidance on SAP SCM, SAP EAM, SAP EPPM, and related modules. Advise on best‑fit S/4HANA strategies, including new installations and conversions, tailored to customer environments. Ensure effective integration with SAP Cloud products (e.g., ARIBA, CONCUR, FIELDGLASS) and advanced finance functions (e.g., asset accounting, central finance). Customer Centricity Deliver customer value as a central theme, ensuring solutions are aligned with client strategic goals and deliver tangible business benefits. Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CFO, CIO), shaping transformation agendas and governance frameworks. Delivery Excellence Lead and mentor distributed teams in the delivery of multi‑shore consulting projects. Oversee programme execution, change management, and operational governance to ensure sustainable customer value. Talent Management Foster a collaborative and high‑performing consulting team, nurturing and developing top talent. Leverage your professional network to attract diverse talent and mentor future consulting leaders.
