Mobile Visitor Centre Volunteers assist the Tourism Development Officer with greeting visitors, answering queries relating to local tourism experiences and/or hospitality offerings, and providing visitor information. The MVC will provide services during the peak tourism season which runs from September to May the following year. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and provide relevant visitor information (brochures, guides etc.) Assist the Tourism Development Officer with setup and pack down of the MVC space Respond to enquiries in a professional manner Provide polite and friendly customer service Must be a City of Rockingham resident Category : Community Services Commitment : Regular - more than 6 months Time Required : Thursdays to Sundays, 9.00am to 2.30pm; up to two shifts per day available Training : Will be provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
