To deliver consistent and quality customer service and engagement, focusing on enriching the visitor experience through meeting and exceeding the expectation of the visitor. To actively promote local and regional experiences including attractions, tours events, shopping and dining and the Bendigo Visitors Centre free accommodation booking service. To exceed visitors expectations by ensuring their departure experience is a memorable as their arrival experience. To refer visitors who require additional or specialised information to staff members.
