Your New Role And Responsibilities As a key member of a skilled aircrew, you will support life‑saving search and rescue missions. Operating from modified aircraft, using keen observation and teamwork, you will help locate persons or vessels in distress and play a vital role in high‑impact, humanitarian operations. Spot and identify people, vessels, or objects visually. Communicate findings clearly to pilots and crew. Operate and monitor mission‑specific equipment. Maintain detailed records during and after missions. Work closely with aircrew in dynamic, high‑pressure scenarios. What You’ll Bring To Make An Impact Acceptable level of health and fitness in accordance with the pre‑employment medical and Civil Aviation Safety Authority medical standards. Nationally accredited Provide First Aid Qualification. Able to obtain a clear National Police Check.
