As a key member of our IT & Datacentres Senior Leadership Team, you will own the strategy and execution for growing Schneider Electric’s Critical Power & Cooling portfolio and market share through IT & ET/OT channels and strategic alliances. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape the ecosystem, drive innovation, and influence the industry. What You’ll Do Lead channel and alliance strategy across IT and ET/OT ecosystems Drive revenue and share growth through elite and premier partners Build partnerships via accreditation programs and MDF/co-op fund planning Enable sales excellence through coaching, pipeline management, and forecasting Collaborate across Schneider Electric to expand IT channel opportunities for other business units Inspire and manage a team of Partner Development Managers and Strategic Alliance Managers What We’re Looking For 10+ years in senior sales management roles within IT or technology sectors Deep experience in channel ecosystems and strategic alliances Proven track record of driving business growth and managing P&L Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and partner ecosystems Excellent communication skills—comfortable on stage and engaging large audiences Ability to build communities of practice and foster cross-functional alignment Why Schneider Electric?
