Overview The Regulation Officer is part of a team that ensures the application of the Council’s regulation and accreditation functions, including the registration of training providers, regulatory responses and accreditation of courses. This position provides efficient, client‑focused regulatory services to training providers and accredited course proponents. Key Responsibilities Provide regulatory services to training providers and course proponents. Register training providers and manage regulatory responses. Accredit courses in accordance with council standards. Qualifications & Experience To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in customer service and come from a Vocational Education and Training (VET) background or have experience working in the VET sector.
