Secure a permanent fulltime position as a project coordinator within one of Melbourne’s most prestigious manufacturers of architectural joinery. Our client holds almost 60 years’ experience within architectural design and manufacturing across a range of industries including office, hospitality, health, retail, residential and education. Be apart of this innovative family owned business and expand your skills across a number of large projects. We are currently hiring an experienced Project Coordinator with trades industry knowledge. In this permanent position you will carry out all aspects of project management and ensure customer satisfaction through delivery dates, supply and execution of projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Understanding and processing orders within suitable lead times Liaise with the customer and production employees to ensure the project runs smoothly Outline special order requirements Ordering through suppliers and obtaining quotes Understanding of drawings and assisting department managers with prototypes Comply with the requirements of the Manufacturing Management Plan. Including system improvements, compliance with policies, procedures and legislation.
