Regional Customer Service Leader – AMA Group Ltd Brisbane & Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia – Full-time, Permanent. We are looking for a dedicated Regional Customer Service Team Leader to manage a team of highly trained Customer Care professionals across multiple Queensland sites. You will work closely with the National Customer Relations Lead and Site Managers to uphold our customer experience standards. Responsibilities Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly. Providing a supportive work environment for all Customer Service Officers. Investigating and reporting customer complaints and queries. Engaging with internal stakeholders. Recruiting, training, and managing the performance of the Customer Service team. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer‑facing, fast‑paced environment. Strong commitment to delivering a positive customer experience in every interaction. High attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. Ability to build rapport both in person and over the phone. Strong teamwork skills. Experience with AUDANET, K2K, and/or iBody management systems.
