This Monday-Friday role is a full-time permanent opportunity. Due to company growth we are currently seeking an experienced results focused Regional Customer Service Team Leadto join our centralised is a full time permanent role based in Sydney (N / NE region). You will be flexible to travel between multiple Sydney sites. In a fast-paced environment you will be working closely with the National Customer Relations Lead andSite will lead a Team of highly trained Customer Care professionals across our various sites in Sydney. Additionally this role will include (but not be limited to) : Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly Providing a supportive work environment for all Customer Care Advisors. Investigation and reporting of customer complaints / queries. Internal stakeholder engagement. Recruitment training and performance management for Customer Care team members. To be Considered you will : Have previous experience in a customer facing fast pacedenvironment. Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction. Have high attention to detail. Be organised and have exceptional time management skills. Build rapport in person as well as over the phone. Work well in a team.
