Overview The Regional Customer Service Team Leader is a full time, permanent role based in QLD – Brisbane & Gold Coast. You will be flexible to travel between multiple QLD sites. Responsibilities Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly Providing a supportive and work environment for all Customer Service Officers Investigation and reporting of customer complaints / queries Internal stakeholder engagement Recruitment, training and performance management for Customer Service team members Qualifications Previous experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction High attention to detail Organised and have exceptional time management skills Build rapport in person as well as over the phone Work well in a team Experience with AUDANET, K2K and / or iBody management systems Application To apply for this rewarding opportunity, please forward your email application, including Cover letter to.
